Hematological, biochemical, and histological alteration induced by nano silver material on male rats

چکیده
This study investigates the effects of I/P injection nano silver materials in dose 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 mg/kg B.W. for 21 days on blood parameters, cardiac and hepatic tissue histology, their functions. The results showed a significant increase parameters treated animals compared with control group. histological that alteration is more pronounced which characterized by inflammatory reaction degeneration necrosis hepatocytes. In contrast, muscle generalized congestion capillaries, degeneration, cardiomyocytes reaction. Our conclusion this have cytotoxic impact structure function liver heart besides influence (RBCs, platelets, hemoglobin, WBCs, MCV, MCH, MCHC).
